The awesome sight of Mount Shasta never ceases to delight me. Although visible from miles and miles away, there is nothing like the view from my property with Black Butte in the foreground. The mountain has been the subject of an unusually large number of myths and legends and has inspired poetry left behind by many of my guests along with beautiful memories.
